I thought of keeping a diary just random thoughts or health points but never really got into it so not sure if that's the way to go hence decided to blog instead as that way I can add all kinds of stuff that interest me as well as opinions, information I find, ideas, coping strategies to help others.
I have fought the panic monster and usually score a goal or two but often beat it, stress is something I conquer on a daily basis so I have quite a few tips on beating that particular monster. Weight well lets just say you win some you lose some :-)
